SPR-20003-4-axis CNC universal spring forming machine is a high-precision spring forming machine controlled by Taiwan computer program.It adopts Japan's advanced industrial servo motor system and synchronously controls the wire feeding system and cam transmission system through CNC code,which can achieve 24-hour accurate operation.The machine has four shafts,one cam shaft,one wire feeding shaft,one rotating core shaft and one crimping shaft(customized).It is suitable for the production of various compression springs,tension springs,single (double)torsion springs,tower springs,flat wire springs,special-shaped springs,etc.Because the machine uses high-precision servo motor and computer control,it can easily produce springs with precise size and complex angle with one servo crimping shaft.
