CNC Camless Spring Forming Machine

SPR-125012 axis CNC universal spring forming machine adopts Taiwan computer numerical control system and Japan Yaskawa  servo motor.It has a unique cam free and rocker arm free design. The tool holder is independently controlled by eight groups of servo motors.The tool holder has 8  xes, wire feeding shaft,rotating mandrel, rotating spool and  winding  crankshaft. The assembly is composed of crank connecting rod forming system,wire  feeding and rotating system, winding straightening system and rotating core system. The machine can be equipped with hydraulic scissors device,with low cutting noise and zero damage to mandrel and machine.Suitable for  producing  all  kinds of tension  spring,torsion  spring,compression  spring,scroll  spring,tower  spring,flat  spring and other  difficult special-shaped springs. It greatly increases the processing range of spring, with precision and accuracy, fast adjustment and stable production.

The crank connecting rod system includes eight tool holders,which are independently driven by eight Yaskawa  servo motors through VRB reducer without mutual  influence, making  the  spring  forming  convenient  and  easy. Through the CNC program,the wire feeding and wire turnover system are synchronously controlled,so that the wire feeding accuracy can reach within 0.1mm at the same time of wire rotation.
